Raquel is a delightful person! From the get go, this quality came through over our email correspondence and continued throughout the entire time we worked with her, which made the usually stressful experience of wedding planning quite enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive to emails, which we were able to use as the only means of communication for very successfully planning our wedding. We came to Playa already feeling like we were her good friends, and left feeling very much like part of her family!

The email planning with Raquel was seamless. If ever there was a time we worried about some small detail, we shouldn't have because Raquel had not only anticipated it, she already had it covered. She presented us with wonderful options for creating our day, giving us just enough structure to know the possibilities, with no pressure to choose extra services and always the possibility to add our own personal touches, which she accommodated beautifully.

Upon our arrival in Playa, we spend about three hours total preparing with Raquel. That was all that was needed because she had done such a great job arranging everything for us before hand. Her connection with the local vendors was fantastic. From the crew setting up the beach, the restaurants for the rehearsal and ceremony dinners, the DJ, the photographer, the florist, we felt like we had the absolute best collection of services and vendors in Playa Del Carmen - with great deals on these services as well!

Even with such a successful planning experience, the actual wedding events surpassed our expectations. Raquel was present at each event, making sure things went smoothly from behind the scenes. This was something we really appreciated, not having to be bothered by others asking us what we wanted or having to tell people what was supposed to happen next. This allowed us to solely focus on enjoying ourselves - a wonderful wedding gift! The ability to actually implement a great plan is truly the mark of a great wedding coordinator - that's what you'll get with Raquel.
